Two-Day Introduction to Conflict Resolution July 17 & 18
Do you want to…
- Learn healthy ways to communicate and resolve conflict?
- Become a member of the Peace Center’s training team?
- Earn recertification points if you’re a teacher?
This July, experience the Richmond Peace Education Center’s basic two-day training in conflict resolution.
This workshop is the foundation for all of RPEC’s conflict resolution programs and provides essential skills and insights to adults of all experience levels.
It’s open to any adult interested in learning to resolve disputes peacefully. Through two days of engaging group exercises, you’ll strengthen your communication, listening, and conflict problem-solving skills. The skills you’ll learn are helpful in addressing everyday interpersonal disputes at home or workplace, in the classroom and in the community.
This training is well suited to educators, individuals who work with youth, and any member of the general public who wishes to strengthen their conflict resolution skills. Educators will earn a minimum of 15 points toward recertification.
